Customer service and coat are both outstanding. I called to ask what size I should order , the lady told me it comes up as oversized after checking my measurements I was told if I preferred it more neat fitting to get a size 10 or if i liked it looser fit to get a 12. I ordered the 10 as being 5 foot I find a loose fit does not suit me. I am usually a size 12 and if comes up small I need a 14. The size 10 fits me nicely without being loose and bulky. I cant describe how lovely the wool and sheepskin and looks to be beautifully made.

Received my coat on Tuesday and it is simply beautiful and very luxurious. I have already worn it yesterday and today and I have received a couple of comments. I am so very pleased with the coat and your help on advising me to get a smaller size. I am most impressed with the quality of the coat and your customer service is exemplary.

The coat arrived, to my relief it is all that I had hoped for. I have tried it on and the shoulders fit perfectly and fastened up the collar which gives me that extra wrap around for the cold. I was told to order a size down from my usual size and I am so glad I did. The coat is a special present to myself; I had a sheepskin a very long time ago which I really loved however my daughter has it now as it no longer fits me.

Great quality, finally treated myself, ordered and delivered in 2 days, brought a size smaller than I normally would and it gits perfect with plenty of room for a thick jumper underneath however, probably won't need the jumper as the coat is so warm.. love it and would recommend
