Free UK Delivery Option
Free delivery is available for UK and Northern Ireland destinations on new garment orders using the standard delivery service.
A signed for delivery service is used and typical delivery timescales of 1 to 3 working days should be allowed from e-mail confirmation of dispatch of your order. If you should be out when the courier delivery company or Royal Mail attempt to deliver your order a calling card will be left detailing a telephone number and, or website address for you to re-arrange delivery. Courier deliveries on the standard free delivery service can be any time between 7.30am and 7.30pm on a weekday (i.e. Monday to Friday),the delivery timescale may extend to a later time during the winter season as this is a particularly busy time of year for the delivery companies.
If you are ordering online and unsure whether you will be in it is always a good idea to add a note at the checkout page within the 'FAX' field as follows for example :
'deliver to nos. 18 and 20 if out' or 'deliver to any neighbour if out'
You can also e-mail us with this information by simply replying to the order confirmation e-mail. Alternatively you can e-mail us at info@ukleatherjackets.co.uk your delivery instruction together with your order name and address.
The warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday, courier special deliveries have to be booked before 12pm.
Free delivery to UK is subject to weight conditions applied by the delivery company and also remote post code restrictions where delivery surcharges may apply and be notified post order placement and upon booking of the shipping service, we will try to absorb these where possible however in some instances this may not be possible. The Royal Mail apply a maximum weight restriction of 2kg and courier delivery companies apply a maximum weight restriction for a standard delivery service of 5kg courier pack size to central UK mainland.
